This is a blog dedicated to living close to the land, and "how-to" photo blogs to help those who wish to learn how to "make food". I'm no "Doomsday Prepper", but I enjoy growing, raising, and processing clean, healthy and humane food for my family. Some of the posts are graphic, as they contain details on how to process food animals. I add photoblogs as I remember to photograph the processes that are now standard in my home!
